The way to get there for free players is Varrock teleport

The RuneScape Thanksgiving event 2011, released November 22, 2011, takes place in front of the cook’s guild. This release differs from last year, in that a new action must be taken and a new reward is offered. The RuneScape Thanksgiving event 2011 is open to free players as well as members.
The cook’s guild is located in west Varrock. The way to get there for free players is Varrock teleport or skull sceptre. Members can use Runescape Money skills necklace or Varrock teleport tablet.
The RuneScape Thanksgiving event is divided into three parts. They are as follows:
Part one: Assessing the commotion and going to the king. This is best covered in pictures; the attached part one slideshow on the left contains pictures for this stage of the RuneScape Thanksgiving event 2011.
Part two: Take the list from the king and speak to three NPC’s in Varrock to have them deliver the requested items to the king. See the guide for part two for the summary and continuation of the slideshow guide.
